Terms and Conditions General terms and conditions for the ICONS website of ICONS BV These general terms and conditions apply to all transactions concluded online with ICONS BV. Please read them carefully before placing an order. All agreements are subject to and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. In addition, all disputes between us will be settled exclusively by the Belgian courts. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this website you agree to these terms and conditions. All transactions with ICONS BV are subject to these terms and conditions. “The company”, “we” or “us/our” always refers to ICONS BV. The term "customer" always refers to the person or persons who purchase or agree to purchase goods from the Company. Any reference to the website implies a reference to all URLs owned by ICONS BV. Prices All prices are in euros. They include VAT at the applicable rate, unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders To purchase a product, you must first add the product to your shopping cart. If you have added the desired products to your shopping cart, you can enter your contact details and billing information. After that, you must provide us with the necessary information for the payment of the products. If we have received all the previous information, you will get an overview page. If you accept this, your purchase is final. The purchase agreement can be concluded in the language of the website from which you purchase. of the items proven not to have been received by the customer.5. Returning and exchanging items We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from ICONS and are committed to offering you excellent quality, value for money and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange, or if you have decided not to keep it, please complete the returns note that you received with your delivery and return it to us within 14 calendar days, together with the products in their original packaging and with the label. When appropriate, we will exchange the item(s) or refund the cost. Please note, we only do this for purchases in Belgium. All purchases outside of Belgium must be returned at the expense of the recipient unless there is a defect in the item. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. If you wish to return an item because it is damaged, please fill in the details on the return note with a description of the damage and return it to us together with the item in its original packaging within 14 calendar days. When appropriate, we will exchange the item or refund the full cost, including all delivery costs incurred. The customer is responsible for the shipment of the goods. 6. Warranty All products are covered by a warranty against defects resulting from manufacturing or material defects. The warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of the initial invoice (unless otherwise stated). Defects caused by accident, negligence or misuse are not covered by the warranty. If you have received a product in damaged condition, please inform us first. You can contact us at contact@icons-collections.com. We will look at how we can offer a solution and will ask you to return the item. In this case, the return costs will be refunded (according to standard postal rates). Send the damaged product, together with the return note and a description of the damage, with sufficient postage to our return address. Also include your account number so that we can process the refund. All items must be returned to us in neat and orderly condition, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.7. Products All products are sold on their own unless otherwise stated and are not always available in every point of sale. We make every effort to ensure that the colors on the website correspond as closely as possible to those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, certain colors may vary. 8. Distance Selling Regulations In accordance with the regulations on distance selling, you have the right to cancel any order placed via the website for a refund within 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery date, provided the goods are unused. This does not apply to perishable goods, unsealed software or items that have been personalized or made according to your instructions. To cancel an item, please send us an email at contact@icons-collections.com providing us with your customer number and the order number. You must take reasonable care of the items and retain all original packaging, and you must not use the items. The items must be returned within 14 calendar days of sending us your cancellation notice. They can be returned to our customer service (see contact details). All items will be returned at your expense. In the case of damaged or incorrect items, we will refund the costs upon receipt of the items. If we receive the items in unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within 30 days of your cancellation notice. 9. Force Majeure We will not be responsible for any breach of our obligations arising out of, or caused by, labor disputes or any other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, such as acts of God, riot and disturbance, flood, fire, strike, lockout, difficulties finding transportation and the enactment of laws. If due to such circumstances it becomes impossible for the company to deliver the ordered items in whole or in part within a reasonable period of time, the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already delivered, plus any associated delivery costs. 10. Content Any information contained on our website(s) or read on any of the Company's printed materials is not considered coercive or recognized as best practice. It should only be regarded as useful additional advice in addition to other recognized practice guidelines. All information on our website is regularly updated.11. Prices and Misprints We check prices and specifications to the best of our ability. While we make every effort to ensure that they are correct, we accept no responsibility for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications without notice. 12. Ownership of Goods All items delivered to the customer remain the property of ICONS BV until payment of all amounts due for the items in question has been received by us. 13. Questions or complaints All questions, complaints or comments can be sent to our customer service at contact@icons-collections.com. We make every effort to handle your complaint within 5 working days of receipt. If we are unable to resolve your complaint immediately, we will inform you of the expected timeframe. We will keep you informed of any inquiry. You can also report complaints and disputes via the European ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) Platform. The website of the ODR is http://ec.europa.eu/odr. 14. Safety We make every effort to protect the security of the users of our online order service as much as possible. We use SSL (secure socket layer) technology to keep your data secure during all sales transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that third parties cannot read it. De herroepingstermijn verstrijkt 14 dagen na de dag waarop u of een door u aangewezen derde, die niet de vervoerder is, het laatste goed fysiek in bezit krijgt.

U kunt hiervoor gebruikmaken van het bijgevoegde modelformulier voor herroeping, maar bent hiertoe niet verplicht.
Om de herroepingstermijn na te leven volstaat het om uw mededeling betreffende uw uitoefening van het herroepingsrecht te verzenden voordat de herroepingstermijn is verstreken.
Gevolgen van de herroeping
Als u de overeenkomst herroept, ontvangt u alle betalingen die u tot op dat moment heeft gedaan, inclusief leveringskosten (met uitzondering van eventuele extra kosten ten gevolge van uw keuze voor een andere wijze van levering dan de door ons geboden goedkoopste standaard levering) onverwijld en in ieder geval niet later dan 14 dagen nadat wij op de hoogte zijn gesteld van uw beslissing de overeenkomst te herroepen, van ons terug. Wij betalen u terug met hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee u de oorspronkelijke transactie heeft verricht, tenzij u uitdrukkelijk anderszins heeft ingestemd; in ieder geval zullen u voor zulke terugbetaling geen kosten in rekening worden gebracht.
Wij mogen wachten met terugbetaling tot wij de goederen hebben teruggekregen, of u heeft aangetoond dat u de goederen heeft teruggezonden, al naar gelang welk tijdstip eerst valt.
U dient de goederen onverwijld, doch in ieder geval niet later dan 14 dagen na de dag waarop u het besluit de overeenkomst te herroepen aan ons heeft medegedeeld, aan ons terug te zenden of te overhandigen. U bent op tijd als u de goederen terugstuurt voordat de termijn van 14 dagen is verstreken. Gratis retour is enkel voor verzendingen in Belgie.
